Introductietraining in Simcenter FLOEFD

Hierbij nodigen wij u uit om deel te nemen aan Volupes introduction training in Simcenter FLOEFD. The training is one half day. 

Opleidingsagenda

This introductory training for Simcenter FLOEFD will teach you how to create simulations in the software, given a geometry prepared for fluid calculations. The training will provide experience and tips about setting up simulations, and also evaluating the results. This course is perfect for you who recently started with the software, may have less experience with CFD (computational fluid dynamics) and/or want to become a better simulation engineer.

Opleidingsoverzicht

Onderwerpen die in de cursus aan bod zullen komen zijn bijvoorbeeld: Basistheorie van CFD, hoe de wizard in te stellen (globale instellingen), meshing (zowel in theorie als via werkgroepen), nabewerking gegevens, het toevoegen van warmteoverdracht (naar een gekloond project), tijdsafhankelijk (voorbijgaand) simulatie en ook informatie over modules die kunnen worden toegevoegd om extra fysica te simuleren (zoals structurele analyse).

De cursus begint met een live demonstratie van hoe een simulatie moet worden uitgevoerd, waarna instructies worden gegeven over hoe de werkplaats moet worden opgezet, gemengd met theorie en tips.

Vereisten: Simcenter FLOEFD geïnstalleerd, achtergrond als ingenieur.
